K&S Staffing Solutions is seeking an Account Manager for an insurance office.
- Work with customers and carriers to handle incoming calls and service requests. Inform, educate, and make recommendations to clients, carriers, and underwriters.
- Manage new and renewal insurance marketing: Including negotiating with carriers, preparing presentation and proposal materials, collecting customer information, and ordering insurance policies from carriers.
- Update customer information to ensure account data is accurately captured, entered, and maintained in our agency management system.
- Work with your colleagues to find and follow through on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure that you and your designated sales and service team provide effective and efficient customer service.
- Follow organizational policies and procedures, sales and service standards, and established workflows.
- Ensure quality control through proper file documentation and maintenance, and maintain confidentiality.
- Must have a P&C license or be willing to get licensed within 90 days.
- Will need to work in the office for at least half days maybe more (half remote) (the office is located in Spokane Valley).
- Must have very strong follow-up, written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced motivational and negotiation skills.
Starting pay: $17/hr. Once licensed $1 pay raise
